a smart person knows whenhow to use the wisdom they have learned,,,,, and the appropriate way to relate wisdom to others,,,, and accepts that they do not know everything,,,,, and that their knowledge may not apply to all people or all situations,,,,brso to be smart, you need wisdom, and to be wise, you need to be smart,,,, so i dont see a difference
